Project Development, Environmental And Sustainability Committee

The Project Development, Environmental and Sustainability Committee is comprised of Don Gentry and James T. O’Neil Jr.. The Committee shall:

• review and provide technical and commercial guidance for major project development plans, ensuring management has appropriate systems in place to plan, implement and track performance of project development
• establish environmental policy, monitor compliance and audit our performance relative to policy
• shall establish health and safety policies, monitor compliance and audit our practices and actions
• establish policy for involving communities of interest in the design
  and implementation of project development towards sustainable mining
  development
