Prohibiting the sale or export, either directly or through our representatives, of our minerals, ore or other related material to countries where technology-related goods, such as ours, may not be sold; and
Complying with all applicable state and federal securities laws.

Our directors, officers and employees are prohibited from trading our securities while in possession of material, nonpublic ("inside") information about Gryphon Gold.
